A note on GST in India : Sphere Sight Pvt Ltd notifies to all its vendors, suppliers and clients in India that in January 2024, the company has decided to deregister it’s GST in India as it’s currently performing R&D activities. GST will be reinstated in 2025. We declare to all clients that all the pending amounts has been settled from our side and that some vendors and clients will automatically get their contributions when GST gets reinstated and as per the norms of the GST act in India.
Sphere Sight Services notifies to all the Directors, Shareholders, investors and it’s board members that apart from the pending and GST statement above there are no other settlements. The Company is positive about it’s growth and it’s venture into the new market.
